Clinical Science publishes papers in the field of clinical investigation, defined as the whole range of biochemical, physiological, immunological and other approaches that may have relevance to disease in man. The Journal contains invited reviews, full papers, accelerated publications, invited comments and correspondence.

Full papers are published online as Immediate Publications in PDF format as soon as they are accepted.

The highlights of the current issue are papers by Stumpf and colleagues (Erlangen) and Woodward and colleagues (Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York).
